ALL ONLINE ORDERS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THEIR PICK-UP OR DELIVERY DATE AND TIME BY OUR STAFF. THIS MEANS CUSTOMERS CAN NOT CHOOSE PICK-UP OR DELIVERY DATES/TIMES THEMSELVES.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE SAME WAIT TIME – EVEN IF YOU CALL THE STORE FOR PICK-UP/DELIVERY ORDERS. WE ARE TRYING TO SERVE EVERYONE AS BEST WE CAN.

How do I know when my order is ready?
We will be touch with you when your pick-up or delivery order is ready. We are striving to have orders ready in 5 days but due to high-demand there may be some delays.

How do I pay for my order?
We will call you to process credit card payments.

*Where do you deliver and how much is it?
We deliver within city limits for free on orders over $100.

How can I get my order?
3 options:
Delivery to your home – within city limits
Pick up in our store
Curb side pick-up (contactless pick up in our parking lot)

How does curb side (contactless) pick-up work?

  1. We will contact you when order is ready and tell you when to come to our store to pick-up
  2. You call 344-5911 upon arrival at our store with your name and vehicle make/colour. Please back up to our back loading door.
  3. STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE. Your order will be brought out to you (contactless!).
